Everyday is a lighter amber tint for daytime screen use. Dusk is a deeper amber tint for after sunset. Same science, two different jobs — one protects your focus during the day, the other helps your body wind down at night.

If you're on screens all day and struggle to sleep, yes — they solve different problems. If you can only pick one, start with Dusk for sleep or Everyday for focus. Most customers end up with both.

A little. The Everyday tint is light enough to work, design, or watch video without a strong color shift. Dusk has a deeper tint because it's made for evening use when color accuracy matters less.

Clear lenses look like normal glasses but filter very little — usually under 10%. Parlay uses a pigmented amber lens that blocks 95% of stimulating blue light at 400–465nm. The trade-off is a visible amber tint. The benefit is that it actually works.
