We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

 

  • Items are in original condition

  • Lenses and frames are undamaged

  • Original packaging is included where possible

  • Proof of purchase is provided

 


Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to partial refund.

 

 

 

Free Returns & Exchanges

 


We offer free returns and exchanges within the 14-day return window.


If you’d like to try a different frame or lens, we recommend choosing an exchange whenever possible. Exchanges are processed faster and help ensure you end up with the right fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
