Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted third-party carriers. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and order size.
Once your order has shipped, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Parlay Optics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first.
